1:1 has the potential to liberate students from facility constraints to allow further creative work within boader frameworks and increases scope for outputs.

Develop cross-curricula approaches to learning

Change our role from the teacher at the front to being more a facilitator of independant learning.

Designing appropriate tasks that allow development and assessment of quality tasks

Challenge in catering for the breadth of motivation/ability across class groups (more accelerated learning groups)

Commitment from departments to go beyond merely integrating ICT into some tasks, toward enriched learning suported by ICT tools.

Ensuring staff receive ongoing professional development in relation to ICT and Web 2+ tools

Need for Learning Management System (LMS) or Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) that is continually developed to maintaining an enriching motivating setting.

Ability to connect and engage across the school and with the broader community.

Teachers to maintain the role of guiding and modelling appropriate choices/behaviours; maintaining our 'presence'.
